Hi ROCIO, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?

As a businesswoman and coach, I have created habits for success. I don´t improvise or take my day lightly. First, I am an early bird. I believe in the power of connecting my circadian rhythm with the rhythm of nature. I know that we are all connected, and I want to enjoy and make the best of that connection. I wake up at 4 am, drink a bottle of water to awake, and hydrate my body. Then I meditate for 10 to 20 minutes. That helps me to start my day with a vast, open mind. What advice do you have for growing your own consulting business?

We spoke with Rocío Durán, owner and founder of Rocio Life Coach, and she gave 8 pieces of advice to take to heart:

1. As an entrepreneur, you need to build a community that supports and inspires you. Being an entrepreneur is not a solo process, so don't isolate yourself.

2. Surround yourself with mentors, real and virtual ones.

3. Keep making yourself the best in your field. Never stop learning and improving.
